First, I rarely post any or negative reviews on products that I purchase and I mean no ill will. I also really try to be reasonable and patient in my dealings with merchants especially when they are based overseas as long as they maintain open and honest lines of communication. To be fair to Noyafa and their NF-859GT tester, and to make it clear to anyone who may read this review, this rating is not a reflection on the quality of the product because I never received it. It is strictly based on the terrible or lack thereof customer service and support that I have experienced so far. How can Noyafa send me a message to ask for a review of a product that I ordered on March 6th 2025, was apparently never shipped, I have no way of tracking, and is still showing “parcel data submitted to carrier” after all this time? The shipping company, 4px, has been forever stuck at “parcel information received”. I wrote to support in exasperation on March 17th 2025 and implored them to ship my order immediately or otherwise cancel and refund my payment if they were logistically unable to ship the item so I could purchase another tester elsewhere. I clearly explained that I could not proceed with my current project without a tester. It has been crickets from customer support since then until I ironically received a request for a review yesterday. If Noyafa is really serious about building and maintaining a loyal customer base then this is definitely not the way. You can imagine my irritation and frustration at this point in time. It is March 25th 2025 and I still have not received my tester. Noyafa support has also refused to respond to my query from the 17th, but they promptly collected payment for the tester on the 6th. At this point, they have given me no option but to reach out to my card provider for help with getting a refund for my unshipped order. smh.

Quality wise this is a good product, and it has lots of feature which is very usefull to identify the network issues.
Price is economical. Hope they will launch touch screen option in next edition.
